1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BasketPredict, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. Description of Service
BasketPredict provides AI-powered NBA game predictions, free user prediction features, prediction accuracy and streak tracking, and an optional paid Premium subscription. Predictions are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
3. No Gambling Advice
Our predictions are generated by AI models and do not constitute gambling, betting, or financial advice. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from decisions made based on our predictions. Always gamble responsibly.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Premium Subscription
BasketPredict offers an optional paid Premium subscription that removes advertising and unlocks advanced analysis features. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are provided where required by applicable consumer-protection law. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price changes; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
6. Referral Program
Users may share a personal referral code. When a new user registers with a valid code, both the referrer and the new user receive a free month of Premium. Referral rewards are promotional, carry no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may cap, modify, suspend, or revoke referral rewards at our sole discretion, including where we detect abuse (self-referral, duplicate accounts, automated sign-ups).
7. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services
BasketPredict may contain links to third-party websites, including sports betting operators. These links are provided for informational purposes and we may receive compensation when you interact with them. We do not operate, endorse, or control any third-party betting service. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction regarding online betting.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: create multiple accounts to manipulate prediction accuracy statistics or abuse the referral program, use automated tools to submit predictions, attempt to exploit or disrupt the service, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, predictions, analysis, and branding on BasketPredict are our intellectual property. Match data is sourced from licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce or redistribute our predictions without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
BasketPredict is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for prediction accuracy, service downtime, data loss, or any damages arising from use of the service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of a paid subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
13. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
